• The booking system allows you to :
• Set up your own account enabling you to keep your contact and also your pet(s) details updated.
• Send us booking requests, and check any dates of bookings you have already made, and request any changes.

• When using the booking system for the first time: Unless you have entered your pets details, and their pet type, the system will be unable to let you know availability. If you have only entered your email address, and your dates, the system will not know which pet type you are making enquires for, so it will tell you "Your Dates are Available". The booking system needs to know which pet types you have before it can let you know if a space is available!

• If you have booked your pet into the Pet Hotel previously, we may have already set up an account for you, so you can then easily log in by using your email address and setting a password.

• Please enter each pets details, (each pet is an individual on the booking system so for example, if you have a pair who will be sharing a room, add the first pets details, then click "Add another pet" and choose from the drop down box, which specifies whether they are a single guest, or a pair, or trio.
  You are then able to enter your dates and check availability, it is helpful if you could also enter the estimated drop off / collection time. 
  When you are happy with the dates selected you may send us a booking request.
  You will also be requested to complete your contact details, vets, and emergency contact numbers. 

• Rabbit owners please check our vaccine requirements carefully and  email us a clear photo of each rabbits vaccination card:  kerryspets@hotmail.co.uk

• You will receive a confirmation email - Please check your junk box and mark us as a safe sender.

• Our general enquiries form and phone link is also available on this page to contact us and ask questions.

• Your data is only used by Kerry's Pet Hotel and will never be shared with any third party. If you would like your information and past booking history to be removed at any time please let us know.
